Understanding Services

A Service is a single, independent lookup portal. When you want to publish Graduation Results, you create a Service. When you want to publish Exam Scores next month, you create another Service.

Status Toggle

You can easily turn a service ON or OFF. If it's OFF, students will see a friendly "Coming Soon" page.

Active Dates

Set precise Start and End dates for the portal to automate when the data becomes accessible.

QR Code Generation

The system automatically generates a unique QR code for each published service. You can download and print this QR code to place around the school or share it on official media, making it incredibly easy for students to access the portal using their mobile devices.
